Services
01 · Product direction
Know what you’re building before you pay to build it. We turn a head full of ideas into clear priorities and a plan you can believe in.
- When do I need this?
- When you have an idea but not a plan, or a product that keeps growing sideways. It pays off most before the first line of code, but it works at any stage.
- What do we decide together?
- Who it’s for, the first problem it solves and what can wait. Every feature gets ranked by impact and effort, so the first release is small, sharp and shippable.
- What do I walk away with?
- A written scope split into now and later, the key user flows, a clickable prototype when it helps, and a price and date you can plan around.
02 · Product engineering
Web, mobile, backend and AI, built by the same people who listened to you on day one. Nothing gets lost between the idea and the code.
- What do you build?
- Web apps, iOS and Android apps, internal tools, dashboards, APIs and integrations with what you already use: payments, CRMs, ERPs.
- MVP or full product?
- Both. We start with the smallest version that proves the idea, then grow it in weekly releases, without rewriting from scratch.
- And AI?
- Agents, voice assistants and automations on top of leading models, connected to your data and tested like any other feature.
- Already have a stack?
- We work in yours. The code lives in your repository from the first commit.
03 · Quality engineering
We find the cracks before your users do, so launch day feels like a celebration, not a gamble.
- What gets tested?
- Features, edge cases, accessibility, performance under load and behaviour across browsers and devices.
- Manual or automated?
- Both. People for what needs human eyes, automated suites for what has to run on every release.
- Can you test a product someone else built?
- Yes. We audit what exists, write the test plan and add automation on top of your current code.
- How do I know it works?
- Each release ships with a test report checked against a definition of done we agreed in writing.
04 · Branding
A name and a story people remember, written by the team that built the product, so it never promises what it can’t keep.
- What’s included?
- Name, logo and visual identity, the product story and the copy for your site and launch.
- Why the same team?
- Because we know how the product works, the message never promises something it can’t do.
- Already have a brand?
- We work within it, or refresh only what no longer fits.
How we work
- You talk, we listen. Twenty minutes. No pitch deck required. Tell us the idea, messy parts included. No forms, no homework.
- Numbers, not guesses. A written proposal in 48 hours. What gets built, what can wait, what it costs and when it ships. All on paper, nothing between the lines.
- Watch it grow. Something new to see every week. No black box, no radio silence. You see the product take shape, tested and working, week after week.
- Keys in your hand. It’s live, and it’s yours. Code, docs and accounts in your name. Grow it with your team, or with us.
- 48h: From first call to a quote you can hold us to.
- 04: Crafts, one team, one conversation.
- 01/wk: Check-in a week. You’ll never wonder what we’re up to.
What clients say
They saved us from building the wrong thing. We produce commercials and branded content, so our project files tend to involve a lot of people — clients, editors, producers, freelancers and post-production. We initially asked for a client-facing app, but they helped us build a much simpler approval system instead. It now handles cuts, feedback and sign-offs in one place.
— Alec S., Executive Producer · Film & Advertising
They understood the product straight away. We already had an AI agent that worked well, but the website around it didn’t really explain what it did. They redesigned the site around the actual product, including the demo, documentation and different use cases. The agent was ours — they made the experience around it make sense.
— Mark D., Product Owner · No Fomo
Exactly what I needed. I’m an independent QA engineer, and my old portfolio was basically a collection of projects with a contact form. They rebuilt it around the work itself, added a proper case-study structure and made it much easier for potential clients to navigate. I’ve had noticeably better conversations with people who find me through the site.
— Florencia P., Independent QA
Frequently asked questions
- When do you get involved?
- Whenever you’re ready: an idea on a napkin, a prototype that needs to grow up, or a live product that needs more hands or sharper testing. The earlier we start, the cheaper it is to change your mind.
- How much of my time does it take?
- A weekly check-in and a quick yes or no when the call is yours. We handle everything in between.
- How much does it cost?
- Our plans above show where projects start. After a first conversation you get a written proposal with scope, price and dates, before any work begins.
- Do I own the code?
- Yes. Code, designs and accounts are yours from day one, documented so any team can pick them up. No strings attached.
- Can you test a product another team built?
- Yes. Quality engineering works on its own: we review what exists, write the test plan and automate on top of your current code. Fresh eyes, no ego.
- What happens after launch?
- Your call. We stay for maintenance and new features, or pass the baton with everything documented.
